is it waterproof if i am making a sea plane?
So many show foam board creation for mostly larger aircraft, BUT what about that foam ( design) on a much smaller scale like UMX size ? I see few to none who have built smaller aircraft with foam ( not saying people don't ) just saying very few show they do and the technics they use to accomplish their build Example a Guillows size balsa plane is probably nearly the same weight as a Foam of the same size/style I would assume ? Any advice/wisdom on the subject ?

Can you fly it using only receiver only not flight control ? Am really confused
Great advice, especially for noob flyers like me. I made a slightly larger Noob Tube (1m instead of 30 inches) and was struggling to fly it without seeing it stalling at the first turn. Polyhedral wings, that's the secret! Definitely recommended to make the plane more manageable and enjoyable
I'm thinking about buying a Master Airscrew 6x3, for a D2826-6 2200kv, running on 3S with a 40A esc, pusher configuration. Did you have a chance to fly it? Is this propeller worth its price? Did you have to buy a new spinner/hub or did it just fit with the one you already had on your motor? Thanks.

Thanks for the detail and easy to follow instructions. Me and some friends were doing this about 20 years ago, and now I am picking up the hobby again with my son and his friends. I probably destroyed about 87 foam planes flying them very aggressive and I would fly anywhere, around forests and in high winds. Many scratch build designs, and many different motor types and propeller selections.

10:44 aileron chord is PART OF the wing chord.! results tend to be less-than optimal when ailerons are 'added to' the trailing edge of a completed wing.
9:50 CF is HEAVY.!!! USE WOOD. pine or spruce or clear grained poplar.

information 2:30 the use of full strip ailerons is not recommended. to the extent practical, a control surface should have the shape of a Parallelogram.
whatever a vert-stab's shape, it should Not extend below the plane of the horiz-stab/wing.!!! because doing so creates Two unnecessary drag-making ninety degree angles.!!!
some late information 1:23 the wingtips things are a MISTAKE.! because they make extra DRAG, at the WINGTIPS, while acting as vert-stabs that are MIS-located.!!!!!
